Financier turns your own bank data into a plain, seven-stage personal finance plan. What it is, how it decides, and what it will not do.

## What Financier is

A planning tool, not a bank and not an adviser. It reads your accounts, works out where your money actually goes, and tells you the next thing to do with it, in order.

## How it decides

- Three-month averages for income and spending, so one odd month does not skew the plan.
- A fixed order of stages. Debt before investing; a safety net before retirement top-ups.
- Merchants are categorised by your bank's data and a fixed keyword ruleset. You can correct any category and the correction sticks.
- Every number in the plan traces back to your transactions.

## What it will not do

- Move money, open accounts for you, or sell your data.
- Recommend specific investments.
- Keep your data after you delete your account.
